Rugby League Mourns Loss of Francis Winterstein
Cowboys Winger's Brother Dies Aged 19

WEB Rugby League has lost its third NRL contract holder in six weeks, with the tragic passing of 19-year-old Francis Winterstein, the younger brother of Cowboys star Antonio.
Antonio shared his grief on social media, writing, "My heart is shattered. Rest in peace, my beautiful baby brother." Francis's cause of death is still unknown, but his family and friends are urging people to seek mental health support if needed.
"Francis was the epitome of life, love, and happiness," said Antonio. "He had a contagious smile that could light up a room. I will miss him every day." Despite the pain of their loss, the Winterstein family is grateful for the memories they shared with Francis.
"He was taken from us too soon, but we will never forget the joy he brought into our lives," said Antonio. "We will continue to love and honor his memory." The Cowboys and the NRL community have extended their deepest condolences to the Winterstein family during this difficult time.
